How it works
Four simple steps. Every one is free, and you decide how far to go. Most people start with the class, then talk with Joe.

The four steps
Watch the free 22-minute class, or search our Learning Center. You'll understand your pension, TSP, FEHB, FEGLI and survivor choices before you talk to anyone.
Watch the class →Bring your questions. Joe Corozza works with federal employees every day and gives you straight answers about your situation.
Pick a time →Built from your own records and ready 24–48 hours after your call. Joe walks you through every line: your projected income and any shortfalls.
See what's in it →If your report shows a gap and you'd like to explore ways to fill it, a licensed planning specialist on our team can show you options. Only if you ask.
What it costs
We make it free because most federal employees have never seen their whole retirement picture in one place, and the earlier you see it, the more options you have.
No. People 10 years out get the most from it, because there's still time to act. We also help people retiring this year, leaving early and already retired.
Yes, and we encourage it. Survivor benefits and health coverage decisions affect you both.
Your SF-50, a recent pay stub (LES), your TSP statement and your Social Security statement make it most accurate. Don't have them all? Book anyway and we'll work with what you have.
The first call is about 15 minutes. Your Gap Report is ready 24–48 hours later, and Joe walks you through it on a short follow-up call.
The class, the first call and the Gap Report are education. If your report shows a gap, we can explain options on a separate call, but only if you want to.
Start with whatever feels right. Every option is free.
